To me it seems pretty obvious there is value in the properties. That being said with our current situation what is the reality here? What are we waiting for to happen? Is there any hope left or should a person accept what has happened and move on.. I realize that's not ideal but I'd be interested in hearing some realistic opinions here. I'm all for the fall of corruption and world changing etc etc etc but let's be realistic. Are there any realistic options left that might happen in a reasonable amount of time?
