1. Provide the information shareholders want to see to clear up the confusion whether it has good or bad repercussions as far as how management has and will be viewed by sharehilders. There's your act of good faith.

2. Get directors and get the company trading again...and don't tell me about costs and needing to dilute or roll back for funding.
