I'd forgotten about the Ansell proposed transaction that was aborted before it could be signed, and you have to wonder why did it fail? I did hear something at the tme but it's only hearsay.

Going back to Geneva,claim the case was against St. Elias Mines and John Brophy, so you have to ask why 'beyondhelp' only focused on John Brophy, rather than both parties to the claim?
