Well that case was against John Brophy AND St. Elias Mines!

And it was thrown out, Geneva lost, so I'm not sure why you are accusing Brophy of "Questionable activity" and not also St..Elias Mines?

The court threw it out, the proceedings were "dismissed without costs", John Brophy and St. Elias won the case, so where;s the problem?

Or is this just an attempt to discredit John Brophy?

Well Lori kept him employed after this case, so presumably they were both innocent of any wrongdoing, as backed up by the court case decision?
