As for Lori, she can easily be moved from any operations of the company because of several past acts. One being her actions at the last AGM I attended with all your questions in hand. She abruptly shut down the meeting without allowing any shareholders to speak, AND WE DID HAVE AN OFFER TO PRESENT AT THAT TIME. It was very clear her interests of "abuse of power", were not that of the shareholders/company, nor the publics interest attached to certain legal acts such as the BCA. i ASKED HER IF SHE knew WHAT SHE WAS DOING, WHILE ATTEMPTED TO SHUT DOWN THE MEETING AND SHE SAID "i DONT KNOW, i AM NOT A LAWYER". She proceeded anyway, whether law was being broken by her or not, she did not care, and this clearly depicts once again her "INTENT'. Her intent to destroy the company by not even allow an offer to come to the table/ floor of that AGM,(that we had with us), that could have saved the whole company then and there. It also becomes very clear that Lori was/is not capable of operating a company because she lacks pertinent qualification. This lack is also seen in her repetitive inside trading misreporting, that I might add, was not addressed by any regulator, even though the regulator had been informed. Lori,s misreporting, because NOT addressed by the BCSC may have presently caused harm to some IGD shareholders, exclusively "luring and entrapment".
