It is my understanding that being the one and only officer of SLI Lori could at any time set up an auction and sell off all assets of SLI and disolve the company. Since auctions take anyone`s money the assets could go to IGD for 10 cents on any dollar that they are currently valued at. This legally happens in numerous businesses every day from construction to airplane repairs. If she did, then she could be done with you rebel shareholders forever!
