Aim
The Tesoro property was comprised of only 3 claims when we purchased it and we eventually acquired the following claims:
Chances 4,5,A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,J,& K
So I can only assume that the geologist that you spoke with was talking about the original 3 claims and knows nothing about the other properties.
From Brophy's 2008 tech report:
6-1: LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY The Tesoro Project comprises 1600 Ha in three unpatented contiguous claims situated on the Jaqui Map Sheet (NTS 31ñ) in the Department of Arequipa, Province of Carveli, District of Acari in southwestern Peru. Claim names, sizes, staking dates and codes are listed below. Figure 2 shows the location of the property relative to UTM coordinates. Because there is some overlap of the Chance 2 and Chance 3 claims onto the Chance 1 claim, the actual size of the claim block is 1518 Ha. CLAIM CODE SIZE (Ha) STAKING DATE REGISTERED TO

An Environmental Impact Study was recently completed to secure permits required to conduct the underground investigations described in this report. To the author’s knowledge, Tesoro has not been legally surveyed
