The ASC may attempt to pass the buck, saying that SLI is under BCSC JURISDITION, but, I fully believe that this cannot be justified by them at all, and because of multiple circumstance, it was their duty to intervene. And in a reality where the public interest is to be protected, ALL provincial regulators where investors reside, are obligated as well, to protect the individuals of their respective provinces.
