In response to why I didn't disclose that the investigation was closed (this question was just posted on SH as well), there have been several posts made in the past that have stated this fact. I, along with Buckbrush and perhaps Sculpin, have posted this information previously. I am sorry that you didn't read them, but again, that is not my responsibility! That info was sent to both the RCMP and BCSC. When securities contacted me to tell me the investigation is over, I questioned him on this and he told me he'd look into it for me (along with the non-arms length sale of the Cueva Blanca). I've emailed him a couple times since and he says he hasn't had a chance to look into it for me.
