So can you explain to us Steve why you would say in this affadavit that, even after the bad drill results, that you would buy back into the company?

49. 1 no longer hold shares in St Elias. However,! remained interested in the company. I

had intended to buy back in after the dust had settled from the Tesoro drilling results,

but ultimately did not buy back in, and still have not bought back in, because of the

battle between the dissidents and management I continue to watch the stock closely and

still intend to buy back in, once the internal strife ends.
