It appears Intigold will be having their AGM on April 20th. It will be interesting to see what direction the company takes now that Lori is no longer CEO.

My speculation is that we will see a total change...perhaps some sort of buyout? According to papers filed on Sedar, Ming Jang is the CFO for IGD. Also running for directors are Jeff Lightfoot and Erin Wamsely. It may be purely coincidental that all 3 of these people are directors for a company called Canadian Imperial Ventures.
