WORLD JET BOAT MARATHON

For anyone interested, the World Jet Boat Race is in Whitecourt Alberta July 8 at 9 am starting in Fort Assiniboine and racing to Whitecourt on the Athabasca river. Then at 1 pm, Circuit races in Whitecourt,3 laps, 28 miles.

July 9, 9 am, racing from Chevron Bridge to Whitecourt, then circuit races in Whitecourt, 3 laps, 28 miles.

Both Big Block and Turbine powered boats reaching speeds topping 140 MPH. Boats from USA, Canada, Mexico and New Zealand.
