Thanks WBR, I appreciate the insight. I'm curious...

Since the Dividends paid out on the sale of the Tesoro (assuming that happens) could be very significant...and the tax difference from province to province is very different (potentially $100K +++ for some shareholders) would there not be an advantage to rent a place in the west and move for a year just to save the massive tax dollars once a pending Tesoro sale is announced?

Just throwing that out there as I'm sure there is a hole in that theory :)
