T&J, someone who is banned, should not be able to post. If you have an example, or more questions, we can continue here, or feel free to PM me.

If the person comes up, it should show banned across the avatar. If it does not, and it is someone we banned, then Agoracom brought them back. The unfortunate thing, is we can not control the banning of just our site. So if they're banned, they're banned.

So, in a few cases, Agoracom has brought members back in order for them to continue posting on other sites, but made the SLI Hub out of bounds to them.
