Thank you for your message. As you are aware, our staff are expected by you and the other hub leaders to take a strict stance on enforcing our six rules of use for the benefit of everyone. Since it is summer time, and the velocity of news and mining developments are quite sparse, we allow a certain number of posts that may be determined to be off topic to stay on the message board. If you look at the violations window you will see that over 20 posts have been flagged in the last four days. We have moved 2 threads from the main discussion forum to the off topic forum (2 including this message) to prevent the board from getting overly cluttered.

If you want us to back off, we will. Just let it be known that we will be taking a more lenient approach with other messages as well; messages that you are not fond of.

Rest assured we aren't here to push your buttons or annoy you; we are trying very hard to keep a balance within the community. But in order to do so we need your co-operation as well, in addition with some patience and understanding from you members and other members alike.

We appreciate you writing to us - rest assured once more that the pressure is all on us as apparently nobody is happy with AGORACOM. That is fine. If nobody is happy with our service then they are welcome to stop using it.
