Obviously the management here,Mr.Pfaffenberger and others, know this equity is worth much more than it`s current trading value of a measly $.045($2.2 Million market cap)....so why no insider buying at this point since it could and would drive the share price up near $.20 minimum?Is it possible there is something big in the works and they are not permitted to buy at the current time?Only conjecture on my part but I gotta think something is up.Time will tell.
