VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 19, 2008) - Adroit Resources Inc. ("Adroit") (TSX VENTURE:ADT)(FRANKFURT:A7V)(BERLIN:A7V) and Tres-Or Resources Ltd. ("Tres-Or") (TSX VENTURE:TRS) have reached an agreement to settle all legal disputes arising from a Joint Venture Agreement executed in April 2005 (see news release dated April 11, 2005). The parties' disputes involved both claims and counterclaims being litigated in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Under the terms of the negotiated settlement, neither party admits liability to the other. Each has agreed, however, to separate their business interests and divert their energies to the exploration of their respective properties.

Tres-Or's 1/3 interest in a total of 29 mineral claims located in the Temagami area of northeastern Ontario that were part of the joint venture agreement and remain extant will be transferred to Adroit. Upon registration of the transfers, Adroit will hold 100% of those claims, subject to the existing royalty interests.

Tres-Or has also agreed to deliver 107,040 Adroit shares owned by it and $296,177.15 previously advanced by Adroit pursuant to the joint venture. The lawsuit will be brought to a conclusion by a consent dismissal order of the court of all parties' claims and counterclaims on a without costs basis and the parties will exchange mutual releases.
