TRES-OR'S DUPARQUET PROPERTY EXPANDED AND EXPLORATION UNDERWAY, QUEBEC

Tres-Or Resources Ltd. has expanded the Duparquet project to encompass a land position of 1,515 hectares of claims which are situated north of the Porcupine-Destor fault, within the Achean greenstone belt that stretches from Timmins, Ont., through to Rouyn-Noranda, Que. Over 85 million ounces of gold have been produced from this prolific gold-bearing belt, with majority of the production associated with the Porcupine-Destor fault system.

Tres-Or's Duparquet property extends 3 to 15 km east of the Beattie and Donchester past producing mines (currently being re-evaluated by Clifton Star Resources Inc. and Osisko Mining Corporation with a 120,000 m drill program - see news release dated February 18, 2010).

Tres-Or has commenced exploration at the Duparquet Project with a ground magnetic survey. Follow-up field work will include prospecting, geologic mapping and sampling in order to define priority drill targets. The Company entered into a property option agreement (the "Option Agreement") dated December 21, 2009 with Sementiou, Inc. (the "Optionor") whereby the Optionor granted the Company the exclusive right to acquire up to an undivided 76% right, title and interest in 11 different groups of project claims, including the Duparquet property, all located in the Abitibi-Temiscamingue region of northwestern Quebec (see news release dated January 21, 2010). Tres-Or is the project Operator.

Laura Lee Duffett, President and CEO of the Company is the qualified person by the standards of National Instrument 43-101 overseeing the project and is responsible for the scientific and technical information in this news release.
