Ms. Laura Lee Duffett reports

TRES-OR COMMENCES ESTABLISHMENT OF A GOLD RESOURCE AT ITS ADVANCED DUVAY GOLD PROJECT, QUEBEC

Tres-Or Resources Ltd. has completed the first stage of fieldwork at its advanced Duvay gold project in the Abitibi region of northwestern Quebec, preparatory to planning and initiating an evaluation program this fall. Tres-Or has an agreement to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Duvay property by staged expenditures and establishment of a gold resource compliant with National Instrument 43-101 (see Stockwatch news release dated May 25, 2010).

Gold was discovered on Tres-Or's Duvay property in the 1930s. Subsequent stripping, test pits and drilling in the 1940s, 1980s, and 1990s returned sample results and drill intervals including samples of up to 402 grams per tonne gold over 0.36 metre, 76.8 g/t Au over 0.46 m, 34.6 g/t Au over 0.43 m, 12.01 g/t Au over 1.53 m, 27.17 g/t Au over 1.14 m and 16.598 g/t Au over 1.76 m from the Duvay property as reported in Quebec government mineral showing files (see Stockwatch news release dated Sept. 30, 2010, for further details). Tres-Or cannot confirm these historic results due to the age of the reports and thus has planned an exploration and evaluation program focused on drilling and small test pits for the fall of 2010 extending into the winter of 2011.

This exploration and evaluation program is based on Tres-Or's recently completed fieldwork comprising detailed structural mapping, a high-resolution ground magnetic survey and preliminary three-dimensional modeling of the Duvay property. The structural mapping has identified intersecting compressional and extensional deformation zones in the heart of Tres-Or's Duvay property associated with historical high-grade sample results. These structural intersections are priority target areas for Tres-Or's planned drill and pit sample programs, in addition to two faults identified by both mapping and 3-D magnetic modelling which cross the same area of high-grade gold samples.

Laura Lee Duffett, president and chief executive officer of the company, a qualified person by the standards of National Instrument 43-101, is overseeing the project and is responsible for the scientific and technical information in this news release.
