Ms. Laura Duffett reports

TRES-OR SAMPLES HIGH VALUES OF GOLD, SILVER AND COPPER AT ITS ADVANCED DUVAY GOLD PROJECT, QUEBEC

Tres-Or Resources Ltd. has released results of 18 selected surface samples collected during structural mapping at its advanced Duvay gold project in the Abitibi region of northwestern Quebec. These samples have returned high gold (Au), silver (Ag) and copper (Cu) concentrations, as well as significant zinc (Zn).
The highest gold concentrations in these samples are 199 grams per tonne (g/t) Au, 130 g/t Au and 3.01 g/t Au.
In the other 15 samples, gold values ranged between detection limit and 1.20 g/t Au. In addition, the sample with the most gold (at 199 g/t Au) also carried 4.55 per cent Cu, as well as greater than 100 g/t Ag. Other samples returned between detection limits and 1.31 per cent Cu, and up to 45.8 g/t Ag, as well as 1.61 per cent Zn.

All gold analyses reported above are by fire assay with a gravimetric finish (for those greater than 1.5 g/t Au) or atomic absorption (AA) finish (for those less than 1.5 g/t Au). The Tres-Or sample analyses were completed at Activation Laboratories Ltd. in Ancaster, Ont., which is an independent ISO-rated facility for mineral analyses. The samples were first analyzed for 59 trace elements by aqua regia digestion and mass spectrometry (AR-MS) at Actlabs. The same lab then completed assays for Ag, Cu and Zn for samples which returned high values over the limits for trace geochem analyses.
The samples were selected outcrop samples collected to confirm mineralization during structural mapping. Samples yielding greater than 1.0 g/t gold were collected over a 500-metre strike length, including both shear zones and quartz veins. Note that the samples referred to in this news release are surface chip and hand (grab) samples, which are selective by nature, and thus unlikely to represent average grades on the property. However, these new samples confirm Au, Ag and Cu mineralization occurs over the central area of the Duvay gold project in both compressional shear zones and extensional quartz veins.
The high gold concentrations from the Tres-Or samples compare well with historic results of up to 402 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (Au) over 0.36 metre, 76.8 g/t Au over 0.46 metre, 34.6 g/t Au over 0.43 metre, 12.01 g/t Au over 1.53 metre, 27.17 g/t Au over 1.14 metres and 16.598 g/t Au over 1.76 metres from the drilling in the 1940s through the 1980s, as reported in Quebec government mineral showing files (see news release in Stockwatch dated Sept. 30, 2010, for further details). Tres-Or cannot confirm the historic drill results, but the new Tres-Or surface sample results are consistent with such high gold concentrations from drill core.
No previous Ag, Cu or Zn results have been reported from the Duvay gold project.
Tres-Or has an agreement to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Duvay property by staged expenditures and establishment of a gold resource compliant with National Instrument 43-101 (see Tres-Or news release in Stockwatch dated May 25, 2010).
Laura Lee Duffett, president and chief executive officer of the company, a qualified person by the standards of National Instrument 43-101, is overseeing the project and is responsible for the scientific and technical information in this news release.
