Reading the press releases back a few years leaves a few very basic question. To get to the heart of the matter: Will UC be earning a 55% interest in all of this particular property from SPQ, or from both SPQ and KQG, or on all their shared Properties. This is important since the restructured deal between SPQ and KWG allows either to see their respective share (currently 50/50) in various properties previously collectively held by both to shift according to the amount spent on specific properties by the agreed operator (either SPQ or KWG) of the respective property. How does UC's commitment now affect the new arrangement between SPQ and KWG? Ultimately, is UC earning in on only SPQ's side of the deal, and if so, then on which property(s).
