Item: NOT's PR of Sept. 19 following the 3-day halt was vetted by a Mr. Neil Novak, P. Geo and member of NOT's Board. 

Item: Mr. Novak is an interesting character to say the least and apparently wears many hats - he is also the CEO of SPQ and a V-P of UC Resources.

Item: The CEO of UC Resources is a Mr. Richard Hamelin who also happens to be the CFO of ,,, you guessed it SPQ.
