1. We are getting some selling because some investors will liquidate some current holdings to participate in PP. Also they will hold price at this level because of PP

2. I would not be surprised to see a shake up in UC management. I think it will be a big step forward.

Doubt that we will see any serious SP action for several weeks until this closes and drills start moving on Mcfauld and Copalquin.

Overall it is very good news. We will become very proactive and shareholder communication will improve. Our SP by FEb 1st will be a double..JMO. I personally will pick up some more shares in next few days..already have a lot.
