I know I have read the details of this agreement before,  but recently I have had trouble locating those details. I see the 55% mentioned in recent news releases but not the specific details of entire land package and the exact percentages between Spider / and KWG and UC. Also, I remember reading the dollar amounts that UC needs to expend. They are a couple of million if memory serves me. We have an SPQ poster telling folks that UC is a not a good deal because they have to spend MILLIONS... so we need clarification.

Could this info be placed prominently in one of the info boxes on the left? I think it is crucial to understanding the value of UC versus some of the other plays, and that the split between the three companies and the land involved is complicated enough to warrant an exact and precise explanation.
