Four Million in four years, for 55% and option to bring it to 65%. They have, by diong the recent Data review, Drilling, and Assay release earned the line share of the 55% and with the PP now are cashed up to lock it in by spring (~3 years ahead of the JV agreement). As for the SPQ/KWG end % ownership, I need help on that as they can each opt to rearrange their proportions and also affect the 55% to 65% if I have any of it clear in mind at all. Thus, Agoracom is the proper channel to help sort out the dynamics here.

Agoracom, can you put in a request to UC to provide us here with a clear description on the JV ownership situation and the possable final ownership positions if each company exercises its rights under the agreements signed by all (this will need inclusion of the pre-existing agreements between SPW and KWG).
