Clarification on shareprice in relation to other McFauld plays

Can someone explain why UC.v shareprice lags far behind PRB/KWD/FANCAMP/CANSTAR/Spider Res. etc. Is this because they have to finance everything for the JV...?
This would help me understand alot about this share.
