I would agree owning Not my self i know what you mean. I looked at the land package way back when Not had the first halt. I could have and looking back should have bot a package, but being the griz that I am i chose to buy UC, and now i will let it sit for at least 1-2 years if need be, but IMHO it could happen next week.
