While getting into the JBL was a very good timely move there seems to be effort now to get every thing back on track. Not having a top company representative in place at the moment is a new concern. The selection will tell a good amount concerning the forward thinking. Thus it likely will have to be someone well versed on the JBL play. Any ideas on who this individual could be. Exploration competence is one important consideration. Other considerations would have to include deal making and follow through ability for both Mexico and JBL.
