One possible case senario is that Brian Gusko Call the exchange and made arrangements, to be a late on the filings. If he got permisson from the exchange then this is NO PROB. The late filing cease trade order is an automatic computty responce. This happened to a company I had shares in about 3 yrs ago, and the cease trade order was lifted before market. I hope tis is the case.

All my State of the art (LOL) trading platforms are still accepting bids and showing bid/ask for UC so maybe..............................
