"anonymous" is set up for brokers that don't want anyone to know which house is trading, some of the reasons,

1-A house wants to accumalate a stock with out somebody figuring it out they use anon

2-say a house  recomends buying a stock, they sell thru anon, happens all the time.

and I am sure there are many other reasons. hope this helps
