I think the current SP..indicates there will be a PP very soon.Perhaps 10-20 million at 20 cents..it may be the last one because I truly believe that Layesca will provide need cash flow for future. If this is going to happen I don't like it but there is no explanation in my mind why we are at 15-20 cents ..unless something like this is in the works..maybe someone should ask this question directly...we may need additional short term funds?

All this is just my speculation..I am still long and expect big things over next 6 months to one year.
