Best Case Scenario 06/24

Yesterday evening I was driving home late from the lake and contemplated a short term “best case scenario”.

All the big mining companies are aware of McFauld’s because of the grade of NOT’s E1; all of the TSX-V world is now aware of NOT as the #1 miner on their board.

We know that NOT is working towards a 43-101 for E1 and that the objective of doing this is to establish tonnage as well as grade. We know from Richard Nemis’s TSX interview that this is now in the time frame of “shortly”. We have all been disappointed with time lines so maybe this means ‘by the end of summer’

We know from the SPQ Annual Meeting that we are getting very close to releasing a 43-101 for McFauld’s #3. (Dr. Franklin has redone the resources estimate, which should be available soon. The implications of a completed resource estimate (from the 37 drill holes) means that a 43-101 must be completed within 45 days). So maybe this means by the end of summer.

I understand that these are the only two ROF plays that can complete a 43-101 in the near term. (If I am wrong … please advise)

The best case scenario I envision is the near coincident release of this info and the attention that it will focus on our company. If the tonnage and grade of McFauld’s #3 proves more valuable than Noront’s E1 LOOK OUT !!! Maybe we could replicate NOT’s SP at around $3.25. Even if it doesn’t, we are suddenly in the ROF big league and a corner stone of the new mine. Every 43-101 that is released after these two will only increase the feasibility (and profitability) of a mine and common smelter (and I am guessing … increase our SP) I do not know if there is suitable tonnage for a mine based on these two resource estimates, but we know that SPQ and NOT also have Chromium. When this tonnage and value is calculated and released to the world in a 43-101, this may be the tipping point for the new mine, but then we are back in the spot light again!

My point is that once we release our 43-101, we are going to be on everyone’s radar and this will be the real chance to tell our story. The TSX-V investing world will get the chance to know UC the way that they now know about NOT.

The happy ending would be that the cash flow from la Yesca makes the future exploration of McFauld’s an expense item rather than a capitalization item.
