I spoke with the office a couple of weeks ago. Still waiting on the environmental permits. Officials had promised to have those back much sooner but time drags on. Nothing can be done except wait for the gov't. Saw no problems and estimated the permits would come through in November.

I wish the gov't worked as hard as the mexican workers I've seen on our local construction sites. These guys are all energy and efficientcy. I think the mexican governement has a governor on how fast an official is allowed to work.
