You are correct with regards to Jim Voisin's affiliation with Billiken Management. Jim's a silent partner at 15%. Everything is disclosed in the UC financials.

As you have noted, Jim also has recently been buying strongly getting UC shares at bargain basement prices. He's excited about the future of UC Resources.
