Jim and I exchanged afew emails yesterday and what I gather is that everything in the lowlands is moving well and he said october uc should be picking up and lowlands will be more moving very nice.

He is always sooo postive and down to earth; He told me it has been a hard working spring and summer.

Keep positive it will happen soon.
