UC Resources in their JV with SPQ & KWG have what looks like an identical target to that of the NOT/FWR JV.

I think Jim intends to be drilling this target in the very near future! There could be a huge nickel deposit ready to be found in this bullseye target.

It is pretty clear that some party or parties are accumulating the stock; look at the daily volume over the last two weeks.
