Question about La Yesca

Could you please ask Jim if he could explain, in some detail, what exactly is the problem with the La Yesca mill. I know they are pursuing financing to get the mill up and running but am unable to find much detail on what needs to be fixed. Also, how confident are they that they can solve the problem?
