if Jim said he would answer in a NR, expect a NR shortly.

Jim is pretty accesable and from my conversations with him hes honest and upfront.

If he says he can't answer without a NR then just have a little patience.

I believe the shareholder rights plan comes into effect on Dec 15. We should see news by then
