You're not the only one. I also bought at around $0.55, when the last CEO Hamlin ran the banner "Next Gold Producer in Mexico" on Stockhouse. I have every reason to be disgruntled and upset at the current price.
But the pivotal point for UC is when we entered into the deal with Spider BEFORE the big discovery by Noront. I don’t know what exactly happed, who approached who, and how the deal was struck (does anyone know?). But the deal to earn up to 55% interest breathed new life into the company. My understanding is that Jim played a key role in that deal. So I did average down, even got some at 4 cents. Like everyone else here, I’m hoping this year is the year that UC:
·Begins production at La Yesca, finally
·Begins drilling in Mexico
·Earn the full 55% at McFauld’s, and hopfully have some good drill results along the way
·All of our neighbors at McFauld’s heat up, with solid plans for railway, etc.
I think these are realistic goals this years, and hopefully the UC team can get us there.
