Sorry i forgot abou the silver...

220,000 tones at 220g/t = 48.4 million grams = 1.73 million oz's * $17 =29 million...

So the silver is actually worth more than the gold there.. Total of

16.5 mil for gold and 29 mil for the silver...

TOTAL = $45 Million over the 5-6 years... = ~9 million of revenue / year....

I hope I have not screwed up these numbers. But they look very good to me..
