Would you consider a merger of your interests in Tayopa with UC? After all, you did speak well of the organization and its CEO and they are more or less on the scene. Maybe such is already in the works? I can think of a number of reasons and so can you why this might be of mutual benefit. Of course, it sounds like UC already has plenty on its plate down there, so you would have it make it mighty attractive.
