So there I was with two cylinders inactive due to the push rod housings being collapsed by hitting that huge Spruce tree head on, the lower left wing main spar was broken, gasoline was running all over me because a branch from the spruce tree had punctured the gasoline tank, there was a 2 ft hole in the floor and the base was 20 miles away at Bathurst ------ Was I killed?
