Also remember that the major future in precious metals will lie in silver, something which Jim / you also have. The expotential explosion in the uses of Silver, cannot be met with existing production or known fields. Also new Silver deposits are not being found, nor has a suitable substitute been found, especially in the Medical field.

Silver, unlike Gold, once used is gone under today's usage system.

UC has both, but like any other baby, it needs time from conception to being born - even you needed this time. So far everything appears to be on schedule. Sooo relax, every other company, not only exploration co's, are in the same situation.
