Good afternoon my friends. K as I warned, no posts for three days then I will fill in with whatever.
*******************************************************************
In post 'good post lucky (a1)' I mentioned one of the 'typical' many smaller properties that Jim would need 100 years to check.
To the north, about 25 miles is another property that is just sitting inactive for lack of machinery and capital. It is considered as one of the major promising Au, Ag, Pb etc. properties of Sonora according to the state Geologists. It has never been promoted by it's present legal owner, nor worked for quite a few years.
It has hi-power lines within 500 meters, the same all weather paved road within 100 meters of the property, but has no infra structure on the property, the locals have carted everything off. It is 3 miles to plentiful labor.
This is a natural to pair up with the other property that I mentioned, the Sabina. This to produce the hi-grade materiel to be processed at the Sabina, along with the Sabina tailings. There it could be concentrated then trucked off to the rr shipping center for shipment to the smelter.
In addition, besides the tailings, the Sabina has lots of ore @ 3 grams Au.
As you can see from these two examples alone, Jim has lots of wriggle room to contiune to build up UC.
