Thank you for your inquiry. The following response was provided by Jim Voisin.

UC Resources has until March 6th 2011 to meet it's spending commitment with the Spider Resources-KWG Resources earn in on McFaulds. UC has ~ C$500,000.00 left to spend to meet this commitment. This will easily be achieved in plenty of time.

In regards to a placement, I will wait and see the level of cash the mill is throwing off first. Then with a producing profitable mill various other avenues of financing avail themselves to UC. As usual I will attempt every method of financing prior to equity financing.
