Funny you bring that up Bert. I was talking with my mother yesterday about the small nuggets she had dug up when I was a young kid out at Barkerville. Probably only add up to a .25 ounce but I told her what that was worth at this time and she then goes into a story at how her and dad almost bought a stake out in that area.

I just told her how much fun her and dad would be having now that they are retired. They have enough farm equipment and conveyor`s to have a lot of fun in a situation like that.

In my hunt for Juniors of possible consaquence I found a company that had taken on the old Barkerville handle for their company name...
