Our ROF properties (McFaulds East and West blocks) where a joint venture with Spider Resources and KWG Resources with UC having the option to obtain 55%. Spider was recently taken over by Cliffs and is now our new JV partner. In the last 6 months Cliffs has made 2 acquisitions in the ROF and in both cases bought the companies lock,stock and barrel even though their interest was clearly the chrome assets. We have no chrome discovered on our properties ... as yet... so maybe my concern is unfounded but I've not known Cliffs to be happy being a minority stake holder in any of their projects to date. My question was just that.... a question.
