It's a non brokered private placement. That means no investment bank on the other side protecting the downside by taking out a short position on UC; and the shares issued are subject to a four month hold period, which means that worse case shares won't find their way back into the market for 4 months; if held for the long term ( so close to production why would they want to sell now?) it could be years before they enter the market.
Also - AGM in December, what ever is announced in the AGM is going to front run the 4 months hold period.
Dilution has an impact on potental profit per share, so does additional resources, I wonder if we have any news outstanding on that front
