SRV is correct. There is no restriction whatsoever preventing them from a news release.

However, under the circumstances, I seriously doubt there is anything imminent.

There are several posters here who claim to have regular contact with the BOD, and give some good arguments as to why there has been no update. If they actually do have this communication, and have been given the information claimed, and then this PP is sprung on us the way it has, with no opportunity for the average SH to participate, would tend to place the powers that be in the same category as previous ones; namely Watson or Novak. But then did we expect anything different?
