Zooloo. RoF copper and zinc just don't cut it - at least not until there is infrastructure in place.

None of the ROF plays can mine without some kind of infrastructure. Even NOT is looking for sharing of costs for their proposal. I would be very suprised if any mining takes place before 2015. JMHO
